The project process from start through finish.
Discuss
On our 1st visit to your home / office, we will discuss your plans for the project including the purpose of the project, the style of the finish / wood, and who and how it will be used. At this visit, we will take the before pictures and preliminary measurements. If you agree to proceed with design and estimate, we will set a 2nd appointment.
Design
When the design and estimate are completed, we will meet with you to present the design, estimate, and samples when appropriate.
Deposit
Upon approval of design and estimate, a deposit of a 50% downpayment is required and we will set a schedule for the installation timeframe.
Delivery
At time of delivery, another 25% payment is required with the final 25% payment due at satisfactory completion of installation.
Duration
Our cabinets are designed with heirloom quality. We offer a lifetime warranty on the structure of the unit with 1 year of follow up adjustments and 3 years on the finish (does not cover customer wear and tear or accidental damage). Part of being there for the duration includes a follow up call 1 month after the completion of the project to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
